Lice Treatment Question

Hello. I jut treated my flock with permethrin for a lice outbreak. My one hen is clearly covered with egg sacks. Question. Will the sacks fall off on their own or what do i do about that, if anything. I'll retreat in 7. Thanks for any help

In time---but retreating is good.

Retreating in 10 days should get the hatching eggs, but some people remove them with coconut oil. I haven't done this myself. I would Google lice in chickens and look for the UCDavis link which is very good.
