Lice Treatment.

I've just treated my 2 Chooks for Poultry Lice.
I used Natural DE and I dusted them and their house.
I was wondering if it will harm them if they ate it.
They preened after straight after I dusted them and I'm a little worried.

It's safe to eat but very irritating to the respiratory tract. Also, i't won't stop an infestation so I'd ee an eye on the chickens for more lice.
