Silkie roo is covered in lice. I do mean COVERED. I bathed him in Dawn and a bunch fell off. I also coated him in coconut oil. He has egg clusters though and he sleeps in the nest with a broody silkie so I want to kill the eggs before the hens eggs hatch and the lice get on the chicks.
My TSC does not have Elector PSP. I have permethrin and I can buy ivermectin.
What’s the best thing to do? Can I kill the eggs?

Use the 0.50% ratio of permethrin if you use the concentrate. You can also get the premixed spray and poultry dust. It's much more cost efficient than Elector PSP which is quite expensive. Permethrin will eliminate lice and mites. Repeat treatments weekly for 3 or 4 weeks because it does not kill the pests eggs. When my birds had lice I took a flea comb and combed a lot off of their feathers. You can spray your bird or dust him good. If you have any females to treat the bonus is there is no egg withdrawal period. Good luck...
