Liege 10 weeks

[Colorfulchickens]

I’ve posted before when this bird was younger, and thoughts were pullet. Now I’m seeing baby “color blocks” over the head, back, and wing. Just curious on updated thoughts. 10 weeks old. Also, and ideas about the growth on the eye. Thought it was from a peck initially, but it’s been there 5 to 6 weeks and is growing??

I don't know what color blocks are but that sure looks to be a male chicken to me.
Do you know the breed?
