Hmm. There might be one problem. Horius shouldn’t be seen, so that Lucas can’t accuse him or know who did it, but Horius can then hold a grudge with Lucas for not lettting her die, especially if Eva lives with the Banished. He would have to witness what he had tried to kill walk among him every day.

If you have him go traitor he can attack Lucas but River gets in the way of the bullet. (She doesn`t die, just wounded.) And then no one trusts him, and they banish him while River is unconscious from blood loss, but maybe one day Silver makes him go good?
