Azel flared but took off.

" And azel, I need you to scout the area above us and make sure dragon hunting ships aren't coming too close " he says noting the growl but ignoring it.

“Hm.” Skylene grumbled, “alright. Thanks for saving me, O mighty alpha.” She said, her voice wavering between sarcasm and genuine thanks.

Azel flew high above the hidden world and dove back down only when he was satisfied there were no trappers. He made his way to toothless, “There were no trappers,” he said flatly, not forgetting the alphas words earlier.

Azel didn’t wait for a reply from the alpha and turned to leave, he flicked his tail, almost hitting Toothless in the face but pretending not to notice, he did not like the way the alpha had spoken to Skylene earlier that day. He spread his wings and took off for his nest.

Luna woke in the dead of night. She decided to stay up until Toothless returned.
