lifted vs ground chicken coop?

Hello I was just no sure about if I should do a lifted or on ground chicken. coop I want it to be pretty big like 14 x 12 or 10 x 18, so what are some pros and cons and not just for that size for all sizes, thank you.

Raised gives the chickens more pen space, underneath is the coolest space in hot weather and a dry place for dust bathing.
A concrete floor in a ground coop is impermeable to predators, rodents and snakes.

A raised (lifted) coop can prevent it from flooding during heavy rain whereas a ground coop could be flooded
