Light barred vs dark barred Plymouth rocks

Is this an example of a Light barred Plymouth Rock pullet ? Or a cockerel

On my other roosters i can see their wattles coming , but not this one.

Yes, it looks like a cockerel in my opinion. Barred rocks that are cockerels get a double dose of the barring gene.
