I think I remember seeing pictures on here that lavs have light feather shafts on the outside and dark on the inside?

Yes i think so. agian it's been along time since i have been talking about Lav's so i could be crazy.

Ok. Here are a couple pictures of the wing shafts. The top is light and the bottoms are dark. Not all of the bottom shafts are dark though, but most are. Does that mean he is Lav?

That bird is a blue not a lav. Marjorie has had some porcelains pop up but the only lav she has is one I gave her after going to a show with her this spring. She does have some nice blues and splashes, and she has some pretty light blues.
