Light brahma chicks gender?

I got 4 light brahma chicks and they are feathering out , I snapped a few photos in hopes to see if they are going to be a hen or a roo. Thanks.

1 is a pullet, 2 and 3 look to be cockerels, and 4 not too sure, but leaning pullet.
How old are they?
