Light Brahma- cockerel?

I have three 13-14 week old Light Brahmas.
I know one is a pullet and one is a cockerel. The other one I really think is a cockerel too, and I'm about to trade it for a pullet but I was wondering what y'all think. It's face has has recently become just as red as the cockerel, and it has something weird going on with it's tail feathers.

Here's Zazu, my for sure cockerel.

Here's DubDub, the one I'm pretty sure is a cockerel also
