Can anyone help, I have these light brahma, I'm thinking the 2 marked roos are Roos and the other is possibly a hen. The second picture is 2 others , the third is just another picture of the same ones. What does everyone think?

I believe about 16-20 weeks.

I think you have it right. The two marked as roos in the first picture definitely are cockerels because they have male specific feathering coming in. I don't see that in any of the other Brahmas, so I think they are likely to be females.
