Light Brahma/Partridge cochin cross

yeah pullet. which breed is the parent though? because partridge cochin roo over light brahma hen will give you silver/golden(light color) boys and brown girls.

light brahma roo over partridge cochin hen wouldn't give any brown pullets- they would all be light colored.

It was a light brahma roo over cochin hen. My wife is hoping for a pullet!!!

It can't be a pullet unless the light roo is himself a cross of light and buff? Is his white really crisp white or is it off white?

Are there any other roos?

EDIT- let me be clearer. That looks like a pullet. Either the Light Braham roo is not pure for the light color because light(silver) is a sex linked color.. a roo pure for light/silver always produces 100% silver/light pullets no matter the hens he's bred to.

If there's another roo, it's possible he is the father instead of the brahma. To me her tail looks a bit long and leg feathering a bit sparse for brahma- cochin cross.

This is the roo the chick is out of...he was in a coop with the cochin and another light brahma hen so it had to be him. I have since sold him and the other brahma.
I didnt raise him so it is possible to be mixed.

When I first saw the picture of this hen I thought it looked like a production red crossed with a buff brahma.I dont think she is but it is what first came to mind.
