This brahma molted 2 months ago and it still has missing feathers on its butt, I don't know why. It does not look like it has any lice or mites on it, but I don't know for sure.

It appears she's being pecked to take advantage of the blood rich pin feathers. Persistent pecking will eventually cause baldness due to the feathers being plucked as soon as they sprout. This is a very good reason to have a safe pen inside your run where such a hen can recover in safety while still remaining with her flock.

You also need to observe them after they roost to see if others are plucking her butt when she's immobile on the perch. She may need to sleep for a while in a crate to protect her.

If you find time to observe, you may be able to identify the chicken(s) doing the feather picking. Pinless peepers on the perpetrators can be a help in this situation.

Thank you very much for the advice. Tommorow I will put her in a crate inside the coop with her needs.

You can put Nu-Stock on the area if you wish. It will heal the area and will deter picking and pecking. If you decide to use it, shake the tube well and wear disposable gloves when applying it. It can be found in the Equine section in a feed store.
