light bulb nest eggs

Do burned out, or discarded for more effecient green bulbs light bulbs make good nest eggs?

It sounds a little dangerous to me. They are made out of glass.

I've had bulbs break just because I looked at 'em wrong, so I don't think I'd use them.

Most would be rather large anyway.

I would never use lightbulbs they would bust.. Easter Eggs work great and are cheap and safe..
