Light for coop w/o electric

Thanks all - that taplight may be the best idea yet for the coop.
I have a little nightlight I plug in to an outlet in my barn - used to have one that turned itself on at dark.

I think my hens will be fine w/o heat - the henhouse is pretty snug but not too - I've been testing the ventilation by visiting it myself in the crazy weather we've been having. 70 one day, 40 the next!
Add in shavings & chicken bodyheat and they s/b fine.

I do worry about unheated water since I'll be at work from 8A to 5P 4 days a week.
I use a heated bowl for my barncat & heated buckets in the stalls in my barn & they are lifesavers.
I might just use the extension cord to keep one in the henhouse. The cord from the bowl (long enough to run outside to an extension cord) is covered in wire so hens can't peck it. Or I could run it through PVC like I do for certain horses who must act as Jr Engineers and try to dismantle the one to the trough...
