Light green eggs

Today my chickens laid 3 light green eggs , they have been laying Brown eggs and light brown eggs all the while. Is this normal. I have both ISA browns and Rould Island red chickens, but I don't know which one laid the light green eggs. Please advise.

Can you post pictures of your flock. Sounds like there is an Easter Egger in the mix. Did you get them from TSC?

If there were 3 light green eggs, then there should be at least 3 chickens that laid those eggs.

Some Easter Eggers do look like ISA Browns or Rhode Island Reds, so you probably have a few of those in with the real ISA Browns and Rhode Island Reds.

This is the egg my chicken laid. Yes I got the chicken from Tracktor Supply company. Can we eat the eggs.
