I raised one white rock rooster for meet and when we killed him last night i was a little freaked out at the purple bruising under the wings.... I'm guessing from maybe a fall from between the roosts where his wings both hit the roost poles??
Anyway.... after seeing that I had to check the rest of the flock last night to make sure there was no simlar patterns. i didn't find anything on the other birds....
Is there a paticular diseases that might cause this? Should I be treating the laying flock for something?
I suppose it could have happened during during the flapping at kill time to??
