I was thinking that they were both roosters but now I'm not sure. A is definitely a roo. But what is B? They are a week shy of 5 months. Thanks for the help

It's just those neck feathers. They just started to show. I've posted these two birds like a month and a half ago and I was told both cockrell's. But A has grown in these neck feathers and B hasn't...White birds are hard to see saddles on in pics. That's why I ask. You can see them in person.
