Light Sussex Roo or Pullet?

Hi guys,
Susey is roughly 19 weeks and I am unsure whether she is actually a he as her neck feathers are pointy and her tail is curved with green flecks.

Any ideas?

The green on the black feather's doesn't mean much. Black feather's sheen, no matter the species or gender of bird.
Otherwise, I don't see any male saddle feathers. I think its a pullet, and she's getting closer to point of lay.
