1 and 3 might be roos and 2 might be a pullet at this point its still hard to tell.

They are too young to tell via the feathers yet they would not have developed any hackles or saddles at this stage I see the pointed flights of one bird you have posted but this does not determine the gender the feathers may have got caught and something causing them to look different.
