Lighting for adults

What kind of lights do you all use for your adults coturnix? I know about hours on/off, but what about watts and general set up? Thoughts? Pics of your set-up? Thanks.

Lots of discussion on here about lights.

My pens are outside so they get sunlight. In the spring and fall I supplement in the mornings in order to get 14 hours of light.
I've got a LED rope light above the pens. Don't remember the actual length, watts, etc but it runs the length of the pens.

If your pens are inside, do a search in this forum and you'll find plenty of info.

I use "reptile lights" for the indoor birds to ensure they get UV light.
