Lights out for ducklings?

hi Duck peeps! Our first time with ducklings and I had no idea how delicate they would be! We have 1 runner (we ordered two but one didn't make it) 4 Swedish , 4 Cayuga, 3 welsh Harlican. They are almost 3 weeks. We have been leaving the least lamp on 24/7 . Yesterday was their first day out...first day without cold rain. Is it time to put the heat lamp on a timer so it gets dark at night? Is it time to remove the lamp all together?

What are your temps day and night now? At 3 weeks they still need some heat because they aren't fully feathered

They are only going outside during the day ...which will be 78 today. Brooders are in the basement and its ambient temp is 73...in the brooders it's closer to 80
