Solved Likes amount lowered

Tonight likes for my profile were at 6907. Ater dinner I checked byc and the likes had gone down below 6900. Why did the likes go down?

I have seen this happen before and it seems weird to me. Things I can think of are Moderation of posts or users going back and uliking a post?

Yes, it could be ppl going back and unliking posts. That would be odd tho... Interested in seeing what others have to say!

Maybe if a post is deleted? Any comments you may have made or liked would be deleted with that post? Just a wild guess!

Interesting, I don't pay attention to the numbers so can't comment on mine.
But, changing to unlike would be weird. Maybe a thread was removed?

I keep track of certain stats on my account and haven't seen the 'likes' go down.

Strange Ron, hope someone can explain exactly what's happened.

If a post or thread is deleted, the likes in there would come off your total. It would also happen if, as @Bridger Davis said, your likes were "unliked".

I have seen this too, though it's usually because a thread or bunch of posts have been deleted.

sometimes I accidentally click the unlike.
