One of my hens has hyperflexible joints in her legs. She is perfectly healthy otherwise (eats, drinks, lays eggs etc.) She just stumbles when she walks because her legs will give out on her at the lower joint. I did not notice any issues with her legs when she was younger but maybe I just missed it. The other chickens from the same hatch are perfectly fine and she is fine other then the flexing legs. I believe she was the last one to hatch and took a lot longer then the others to get out of her egg. It's like her ligaments in her legs were stretched at some point and are permanently flexible now. Any feedback, advice etc. would be appreciated. Thank you.

If you can get pictures/video of what's going on it would be helpful. How old is she?
With nothing else to go on, for now, I would give her a super B complex tablet or capsule (human ones, doesn't matter what brand, walmart has them) daily. Pop it in her beak and she'll swallow, or crush/empty it into a small amount of moistened feed that she will eat.

I tried to attach a video but it's not working. She is over a year old and has the issue for months. I noticed it when I moved the chicks from the brooder to the coop.

It seems to be in both hocks, kind of like loose joints or ligaments. Are you feeding a balanced chicken layer feed with few treats? You could try to support the joints by wrapping a 1 inch strip of vet wrap or tape around them. I have heard of other people posting threads about this same thing.

I feed them organic Purina layer crumbles.
