Limping Chick?

This is the first time I've hatched chicks and am worried about one. He/She keeps walking backwards most of the time and upon further inspection I saw it does not bend it's right leg. It still walks to the food and water but does not walk forward to get to much else. I don't know what is wrong with it and how I can help. It is a 3 day old light Sussex.

However, off the top of my head and them being a chick, I suspect it is either some sort of nutritional deficiency or Avian encephalomyelitis.
