Limping chicken!! Help!

My 1 yr old light Sussex has been limping for a few days now. She's just recovered from bumblefoot on one foot and I noticed the other one was very swollen. I don't think it's bumblefoot because there is no visible scab, but there are two very small black lines/marks? I treated it how I soaked it in iodine solution like the vet said to do for bumblefoot but its not having any effect, any ideas?!
