Limping chicken

My 4 yo Orpington was found limping yesterday. Upon inspection, it appears her middle toe is pinkish and swollen. The foot is way hotter than the other foot.
What can I do for her?

separate her from the others put her in a little cage with food and water and whenever you can put ice on her foot
