Limping Chicken

Hi,My Pullet is limping its gotten worse we have gave her a bath with Epson salts did not work,She does not have mareks as she was vaccinated and its not a drag of the foot or paralysis she wont step on the back of the palm of her foot,I'm mad at myself because i have not been taking her of the perch in the morning.Any suggestions?

Could it be bumblefoot? Is there a scab or lesion on the bottom of the foot? Is it swollen?
