Something is giving her discomfort. Did you use Epsom salt in the water to soak her foot while you were washing them? Once you've done that, can you post a few new photos of the bottom of her foot when clean?

I think Eggcessive is on the right track here...

I didnt have time to do the epsom salt bath but it looks likes the limp went away on its own

If you see it again, she may be spraining her leg. Epsom salts is a great cheap thing to have around for soaking feet or for prolapses and other things, and it is sold in supermarkets and many other stores in the foot care aisle. You could also include newer pictures of her footpads. Glad that she is better.
