i have a 5mth Sussex , cockerel, who fell from the roost several days ago, when I lifted him up to the roost. I thought his feet were down, but they weren't, so basically, I dropped him from the top of the roost. Baby roo-roo, is still getting around, but limping and lays down a lot. he's also still getting to the top of the roost at night and down in the morning, but he's the last one of 20, to leave coop in the morning.
I'm not sure to look for or even how to help his injury.
Any suggestions? I feel pure guilt every time I see him limp around. Other then that hes doing everything else as normally.
