Limping duck - Please help

I have an adult duck who is limping pretty bad this morning. He is favoring one leg/side of his body. When he lays down he tips a little like he is trying to keep weight off of one side. His legs looks fine and there are no visible injuries. Any suggestions on what may be wrong and what I can do to help him?

Have you checked for bumblefoot?
