So should I separate him from my other duck until he heals or just leave him out there, he lays down a lot outside so he is getting some rest.

I would rest his foot for a while, and kinda bring him near the other duck to get some company.

I would try and give him as much time resting as possible, but don't over rest him. Give him help to places you think he loves best and watch over him. I would do this on a daily bases, until you see that he can walk on his own.

Yah, I would just for a couple of days, then I would kinda release the hold and see if he can do it on his own, if not keep on doing the same thing until you feel comfortable with him walking on his own.

Check the bottom of the foot for bumble foot. Feel around a bit more for anything broken.

He doesn’t have bumble foot, I checked yesterday.
