Limping ducks, should we do more?

Sorry I have been remiss to update this. They are fine now. We keep doing what we're doing, just not quite as often, but they get Poultry Cell in their water once a week as well as nutritional yeast. I just sprinkle about a teaspoon over their feed about every other day.
I’ve been adding nutritional yeast on my Ducks feed, even though my ducks are all different ages. I have some that are four months old and some that are 10 years old and all ages in between so I put a couple tablespoons into each giant bowl of feed (21 ducks)
I think they like the taste of it too and so do I actually
The only thing I don’t like about, it is in the heat of summer when there are flies around the flies are attracted to the nutritional yeast in the food.
I’ve been feeding my ducks and geese, the Kalmbach duck and goose feed as free choice And also mazuri Waterfowl maintenance into their water buckets in the evening it floats on top of the water and they love it so much they all run over and gobble it right up before bed. It gets them near their house too, so they’re set up to go to bed.

I’m giggling now as I reread your title and nowI’m thinking of all the more things you can do for limping ducks or non-limping ducks to prevent limping and I’m thinking of fancy things like foot massages with coconut oil lol I’ve done that before lol I am add a drop or two of Teatree oil. Maybe give them a little drinks with fancy umbrellas too. Hehe

Do you have issues with yours not wanting to go to bed? This started a couple of weeks ago, where they'll still be out in the yard chasing bugs under the yard light at midnight. We're night owls, so it doesn't matter, but still, maybe we'd like to go to bed sooner sometimes and then have to herd them to their duckhouse.

I'm going to check out that Mazuri too. Sounds fun! Thank you!

Oh my goodness Debbie I am the opposite of a night owl I go to bed as soon as I can once the sunsets and get up in the wee hours of the morning. Some of my ducks go to bed by themselves, but they wait until it’s dark and I like to put them in before that so I always herd mine into their houses. A couple of times in the past 10 years we were about 15 minutes late and it was dark and they were all in their houses. With one of them standing at the open door, looking for me to come tuck them in… Good duckies!
