Limping hen - not bumble foot

I have a limping hen. How can I help her? She’s 5 months old.

She’s otherwise acting normal. Eating, drinking, laying, and even scratching in the dirt. No visible signs of injury & not bumble foot.

I tried to separate her but it stressed her out so much that she started flailing around, making it worse. She wants to be with her flock mates.

Like people they sometimes get hurt. I also had a hen who at three started limping and hopping fresh from the coop one AM, and I thought stroke? Merks? Never found out . She lived to be 10 hopping and skipping for 7 years.
