Limping Hen

My isa brown hen, layla, started limping today. She doesn't want to put wieght on her right leg. I took some pictures. I thought I got a picture of the front of her foot but I guess not. Her foot seems a little inflamed maybe... I don't know what could be wrong with her. Do you guys have any ideas? Let me know if you need more pictures or information. Sorry I don't know much about injuries.

That's what I was afraid of. But I don't see a hernal or a dark spot....

For it to bumble foot shouldn't I see a dark spot? Or do I to soak it and clean it to see it?

Can you post a pic of her footpad on the swollen foot/leg? Then a pic of both her feet together for size comparison?

Ok. I will. I thought it was the other foot when I was taking pictures. But after I put her down I realized it was the right

Is this bumble foot?

It looks like it might be. I couldn't get a good picture of both feet that was any good. It doesn't look like one is bigger then the other. Maybe I'm catching it early.

Can anybody help me? I really need to know if this is bumble foot. If it is I'd like to operate today but I want to make sure before I start cutting if it's something else.
