Limping Hen

My White Rock 4 mth old Hen started limping 2 days ago and won't travel far from the coop because I guess it hurts to much. We left them in the pen with the Rooster for 2 days because we were getting rid of the Rooster because he was so aggressive towards the hens. I think she may have been trying to get away from him and hurt her leg. There is no visible damage. I am new to raising chickens and have no clue what to do. Any suggestions?

After reading all the post about bumble foot, my husband picked her up and checked. It doesn't appear to be that. When he rubbed her thigh she started panicking.
