If you want to use it according to the dose @Texas Kiki provided:
9 pounds / 2.2 x 0.1 / 0.5 = 0.82 ml
10 pounds / 2.2 x 0.1 / 0.5 = 0.91 ml

So 0.82 ml or 0.91 ml.
