Limping silkie roo

Hi everyone! This afternoon I noticed my silkie rooster limping a little bit. Tonight I went to go check on them and noticed that he was laying outside in the run. He never went in the hen house with the others. Now he’s just refusing to walk. If I hold him he can definitely grip onto me with no problem but when I put him down he just insists on laying down. I see no issues or deformity’s with his feet other than that they seem super cold. I’m thinking possibly frost bite? Does anyone have any advice.

Additional info: toes on one feet are curled. Frostbite I think? What can I do to save him.
