Hello,

I've got a khaki campbell (1 year old) who developed mild symptoms of bumblefoot. Thankfully after some attention, her foot looks perfectly normal. Still however limping (not as bad as when she first developed bumblefoot).

Is this something that should go away after time?
Should I restrict her free ranging round the garden to stop her making it worse?

She doesn't seem to be in pain, still laying, eating, washing!

Any advice would be great appreciated!

Many thanks.

How did you treat the bumblefoot? Is the leg or foot at all swollen or hot to the touch?

i once had a duck whose bumblefoot traveled from the bottom of the foot to her lower leg.
I went to the vet and they prescribed some cream. This seemed to get rid of the white spots on her foot. There was never any swelling and her leg was warm to touch however after apply the cream for about a week temperature went back to normal.
