I have a couple sick chickens who may have cholera, and from what I have read, it can be treated with oxytetracycline. When I went to TSC, all they had was Liquamycin LA-200, and what I’m wondering is can I put this in their drinking water, treat everyone since it’s so contagious. If I can, how much do I put in drinking water?

I would give per instructions as suggested on your other thread.

Have you had confirmation through your vet/state lab that you have Fowl Cholera?
