I just purchased a few new hens yesterday and today 2 are showing signs of respiratory illness, one is much worse than the other. I treated them both with 1 cc of La200 in the breast earlier this afternoon.

Does anyone know how long it takes before I may start to see signs of improvement?

Does your current flock already have a chronic respiratory illness? If not, I highly recommend you either return these birds to the seller or put them down, else you'll be introducing one to your existing birds. Hopefully you've practiced quarantine.

Liquamycin is oxytetracycline, which does treat many of the chronic respiratory diseases, though some are caused by viruses which of course aren't affected by any antibiotics. I expect you'll see improvements within a couple days as long as whichever disease they have is one that's susceptible.
