? Liquid looks like egg whites in bottom of incubator.

We have several eggs that we have moved to the second incubator to hatch, the first chick hatched and there is a lot of liquid in the bottom of the incubator its not clear like the water used for humidity it this normal? This chick hatched at 24 days he is the only one so far we don't want this liquid to contaminate the others if they hatch. Thanks!

A chicken hatched at 24 days? I leave them in there until 25, just in case, but they are always dead after day 22 usually.

Thanks! The ones we put in on 3/3 have just started to hatch today 3/27. We have five so far do we have our temp. too low its at 99.5?

I would always wait more than day 22 personally, low temps can make for a couple days late.

99.5 isn't too low

the goo stuff could be making the humidity too low perhaps?

Im new to hatching, but I havent had a chick yet hatch at day 21. 1st 1 was day 23. 2nd set, 4 hatched day 22, 5th hatched day 23. Id give them more time. My temp was 99.5 in a still air, so I figured they would be late.
I dont know what the liquid is though
