They have been around since 1939, but it's a small hatchery. They will send you a free full color catalog. They have wonderful chicks and they have also a 100% live chick delivery guarantee. I know some friend from Michigan that have ordered from them with excellent results.They haven't open yet for the season but will send you the catalog.

Does anyone know where I can get EE's that can be shipped to Guam, Cackle says they ship here, but they e-mailed and said they wouldnt... I don't get it! So if anyone knows of a Hatchery or someone who can ship chickens,eggs or full grown birds to Guam please let me know

For those out west I have found Dunlap Hatchery in Caldwell, Idaho to be very nice. It is a long time family owned and run company. They are very helpful and informative and seem to be really into encouraging the participaion of kids. I live here and so have seen the inside of their operation and have been impressed with the cleanliness and the health of the chicks I have bought there.
