Hi guys,
I have a 2yr old Golden Comet hen that didn't get out of the pen right away this morning. She always dashes right out when I open the door. She just stood on her perch looking almost sleepy. She finally came out walking very slowly. She drank some water and continued to amble over by the trees and just stand there looking very odd. She wouldn't eat any grain.
She looks really healthy other than maybe a bit of dark around her nostrils.
I had a bobcat come the other day, so the flock has been inside a bit more than usual, but let out every day.
I believe she layed an egg to yesterday, but not yet today.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be most welcome!

Molting? Poop? Discharge from vent? Eyes bubbly? Crust in nares? Any crust inside ears? Crop jammed full and lumpy?
Everything looks very normal and healthy, vents clear, ears are fine. Her butt feathers are a bit messy. Right now she's in the coup with food and water. She's standing in the corner with her back to me and her eyes are closed.

It turned out to be Egg Peritonitis. Her crop and everything else was totally normal. No signs of lice or fleas. I have a super obnoxious rooster that's very rough and I read that rough handling can cause this condition. She is 2yrs old and it is a very common condition for heavy layers her age. Thanks for all the input!
