Listless, not eating, weight loss, vomit? mucus, 9 month old hen

Hi, looking for assistance with my friends hen. 9 month old hen, has been failing and acting listless, not eating properly, and today when attempting to feed her she vomited , noticed mucus. Any suggestions or recommendations, appreciated.

Please give much more info as noted on the sticky when you first log in to this group so folks can really help. It will tell you to answer a bunch of questions.

I will say the first thing that popped into my head was how her crop felt? Is it squishy? Hard? Does it smell bad (put your nose by her beak to tell). I worry about sour or impacted crop with vomiting as they do not vomit on their own. This is an URGENT problem!
