I've a small flock of (5) young kahki campbell ducks, all about a year old. The youngest smallest (coco) is the drakes (Butch)' favorite' and he constantly covering her.
She has gone from being perky, hungry, egg laying, to being listless, isolating herself from the flock and laying no eggs. She is not eating, grazing and foragng with any enthusiasm.
Should I separate her from the flock?
Got any ideas?

Could be a number of things, from egg binding to going broody.
A bit more info might help.

When did she stop laying?
Is she lying down a lot and panting or straining?
Has she started ruffling her feathers and being more vocal?
Is she moving ok when she does walk or swim?
Are there any signs of swollen abdomen?
What does her poo look like?
Is she molting?

In the meantime I'd make sure she's getting ACV in her water (10 ml per litre) and a vitamin/conditioning supplement boost.

We have not had that in my flock, but I have read that sometimes you can - very carefully, don't want to break an egg - feel the abdomen. Sometimes you can feel the egg, could be fairly low, I would think.

Tail bobbing, holding the tail down, not walking, or walking looks painful, strained look in the eyes, sometimes tail up, straining.

I have read that putting her in a tub of lukewarm water for an hour can help muscles relax and help her pass the egg. It can be related to low calcium (I have a few ducks that don't process calcium as well as others, it just happens sometimes). Free choice oyster shell, cleaned egg shells finely ground, or 23% Calcium gluconate at 1 teaspoon per half cup of water are some ways to boost calcium.
