Lists and reviews?? Help?

So, I am new and i'm eager to make a "list" At the bottom of my page it says; "click create a new list" Um I see that no where. And i'd love to make some reviews on chickens, but I click "write a review" and I get a message saying "You do not have permission to write or edit a review" Can I please get some instructions to do these things? Thanks.

There are several things here yo won't be able to do til you get your post count up a bit. I'm sorry but I haven't learned exact numbers. Mostly this is part of the effort to keep the amount of spam under control. I suggest you look around a little, find some threads that interest you to post in, and try again. It shouldn't take long.
