Went out to look at laying hens today, no plans on bringing home a rooster....till I seen him! lol
He is so precious, so tiny! They said he is 2 years old, and it just amazes me how tiny he is!
    First time with bantum.. lol

Any idea what breed or mix of breeds he could be?

spangled OEGB... but seems to be a mix since it looks like he has a heavy amount of white in him... he's cool... looks like they fixed his floppy crooked crest by dubbing it, yet leaving the ears and waddles...

if he's a well tempered and well behaved little roo, he will make a great addition to your flock... they aren't as loud as std breeds, and some are very very quiet... i have two OEGB roo's that hardly make a sound... but two that are a bit more noticeable...

Mille Fleur Old English Game Bantam, his 'red' areas are too light to be a spangled.

Thank you all! I was looking at pics of Spangled OEGB, and was thinking he is Spangled for sure! Then, after Mille Fleur was mentioned, I found this photo of a Mille Fleur, and im guessing that is his coloring: http://www.bantychicken.com/cgi-bin...on=showpicture&album=13&id=65&albumname=Mille Fleur

Again, thank you all! He seems to have a sweet disposition, a little flighty, easily startled though.. Was showing him to my Mom, and she (for some reason) has a fear of chickens and most medium-large size birds... lol And, something happened, he flew at her, tried to land on her head, it was a mess! lol I dont know what startled him!! lol But, he seems sweet, and he is fairly quiet. He has crowed, the first crow was late last night, I had him in my bedroom for the night, and he scared me to death with that loud, high pitched crow!! lol
