Little black comb spots

This morning when I let the girls out I noticed that my barred rock and australorp both had little black spots on their combs and wattles. Last night was our first 50 degree night and I haven’t added any extra bedding yet because days are still getting up to 90 and they’re all just about old enough to start laying. My australorp already had a little scab on her comb from a peckening the other day but it was a line not a spot. Could this be cold damage? They’re the only 2 with big wattles and comb and my others are Easter eggers with big beards and basically nothing on top. They are otherwise very healthy and happy. Still grooming and running around and digging and everything. I’m just worried and now I’m starting to feel guilty because I know chicken health can turn on a dime. This will be my first CA winter with chickens and a lot of information I see is protecting against snow so I’m just really not sure how this winter is going to go. Thanks for reading and any advice.

50 F will have absolutely no impact on their combs. It almost appears as if they may have had a slight disagreement.
Thanks! That’s what I thought too but that big black spot on the back on my australorp’s comb just really freaked me out. It just looks so bad to me but I guess a beak could of caught her there too because she definitely had a couple of scratches from defending a friend.
